The top after-market NASDAQ stock market losers are: Bottomline Technologies, Whitney Holding, Broadwind Energy, First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index Fund, Hancock Holding, FuelCell Energy, AXT, RealNetworks, Zions Bancorp, and Power-One.

Bottomline Technologies Inc. (EPAY) lost 6.08 percent to $21.16 in the after-hours trading.

Whitney Holding Corp. (WTNY) plunged 3.64 percent to $13.51 in the after-market session. Law offices of Howard G. Smith said it is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Whitney Holding related to the company’s agreement to be acquired by Hancock Holding Co. (HBHC) for an estimated $1.5 billion all-stock deal.

Broadwind Energy, Inc. (BWEN) plummeted 2.79 percent to $2.09 in the after-hours trading.

First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index Fund (GRID) fell 2.59 percent to $30.85 in the after-market session.

AXT Inc. (AXTI) slid 1.79 percent to $9.90 in the after-hours trading.

RealNetworks Inc. (RNWK) declined 1.67 percent to $4.12 in the after-market session.

Zions Bancorp. (ZION) decreased 1.47 percent to $24.10 in the after-hours trading.

Power-One Inc. (PWER) moved down 1.44 percent to $10.30 in the after-market session.
